I style myself a culinarian and have an innate love of all things food…including eating it! I know, it sounds stereotypical but really, anything involving food instantly attracts me and even if I don’t care to eat it (i.e. organ meats), I am still interested in their history, modern use, etc.

Back to food…
One of the things I’ve always wanted to do even before the movie Julie & Julia came out, was to work my way through the Culinary Institute of America’s primary textbook which is a HUGE (I really mean meganormous) cook book starting with the simple and ending with the sublime. Once I get my personal life and family in order I may just start that project. So, stay tuned!
